With a focus on small groups and individuals, we provide resources of replenishment through Christian spiritual disciplines, hospitality, prayer, immersion in nature, and customized retreats.
Our healing atmosphere offers a nurturing environment for spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical restoration, with a focus on gaining perspective in quiet reflection. As part of our mission, the Retreat House at The Barn offers a creative model of spiritual leader care and a place of support for rescuers who require rest to sustain their callings.

This land has been dedicated to spiritual renewal and growth for over six decades. Founded in 1961 as a place for knowing God and experiencing his presence, the Retreat House at The Barn prioritizes care for the overlooked as Jesus described in Matthew 25; the healing focus of our mission calls us to deepening relationship with God through prayer and spiritual formation.
As a spiritual community affiliated with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC), The Barn / Covenant Presbyterian Church welcomes all spiritual seekers to enjoy the serenity our home and natural habitat offers.
As a gathering place for small groups or individuals on one day or overnight retreats, the Retreat House at The Barn offers the gifts of nature in a peaceful home that is ideal for meditation, team building, and vision casting.
Inspired by the surroundings and the simplicity of our home, retreatants find the Retreat House an ideal space to explore the restorative work of God's Spirit in personal, meaningful ways.
Apart from the demands of everyday life, perspective and insight are readily pursued, priorities discerned, and dreams renewed and established.
The Retreat House at The Barn serves individuals and small groups of 10-12 people. Our facilities include the following:
